This video shows "stunt junkee" Jeb Corliss attempting to jump off the Empire State Building last year, unbeknownst to building officials or a rooftop full of tourists.
Now Corliss is filing a $30 million lawsuit against the Empire State Building, "arguing that the guards who prevented his jump not only caused him 'severe emotional distress' but endangered his life as well."
In retrospect, the security guards should have let him jump, but replaced his parachute with a lawyer.
